📦 What if my package is delayed or lost?Updated 16 hours ago

🚚 Tracking Delays

If your tracking link hasn’t updated or appears stalled, our carrier* may be experiencing system delays. We recommend allowing up to 3 days for updates to appear. If there’s still no movement after that, please contact us.

📬 Marked as Delivered, But Not Received

If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, we suggest waiting up to 3 days and checking with neighbors, building staff, or other possible drop-off points. If it’s still missing after that, let us know.
