We currently ship only within the United States—including the mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii.

While we do not offer international shipping directly, many of our international customers successfully place orders using personal freight forwarding services. Please note that we do not provide or endorse any specific carrier for this purpose.

We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of the shipping date.

For international customers (shipped via a freight forwarder to the final destination):

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return instructions:

•     Return items in their original packaging, including all product tags (poly bags preferred but not required)

•     Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

•     Note the items being returned, the reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange

•     No RA# is required

•     Use any carrier that’s convenient for you

•     Keep a copy of your receipt and tracking number

Once received, we’ll process your return as quickly as possible.

Please allow 3–7 business days from receipt for your exchange or refund to be completed.
