How do I make a return?

Returns must be initiated within [45] days of order date. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. 

Returns or exchanges

Online orders CANNOT be returned/exchanged at any of our Retail Outlet locations.  For returns or exchanges, please use our self-service Portal. If you need additional assistance, contact our customer support at [email protected] or 844.350.1717. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [14-21] business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
