Exchange Process

Our Portal provides for easy, self-service requests that can be processed at your convenience. We are happy to provide SAME STYLE exchanges for color and or size only.  We are unable to accommodate requests for different styles.  Entering comments will not update the automated exchange order that is created for your exchange request.  If you would like to exchange for a different style, this option is not available at this time.  Please request a return for refund and place a new order for your new styles at your earliest convenience.

Exchange orders are shipped at no charge 1-2 business days after receipt of original order.
