Online orders CANNOT be returned/exchanged at any of our Retail Outlet locations.
For returns or exchanges, please use our easy and always available self-service Portal. If you need additional assistance, contact our customer support at [email protected] or 844.350.1717. Exchange orders will be shipped as soon as we receive your original order at our facility. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
