Online orders CANNOT be returned/exchanged at any of our Retail Outlet locations.
For returns or exchanges, please use our self-service Portal. If you need additional assistance, contact our customer support at [email protected] or 844.350.1717. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [14-21] business days of receiving the returned item.
